We built a web-based system that records every device, who it is assigned to, and the full history of each device. It also has built-in support ticketing: the admin creates users, users log tickets, and the admin handles them. Technicians complete a daily report that covers server backup checks (with screenshots), ping results to confirm servers are up and online, and any network devices that are down. It runs on the client's own local server.
